On 10 September 2026 – EIC Day – we’re celebrating our birthday in the most meaningful way we know how: by moving together for mental health.

The EIC Team are walking 13 miles through London. Not just for the distance. Not just for the challenge. But for every step someone takes towards better mental wellbeing.

Movement changes minds. It clears thoughts, lifts mood, builds resilience. A simple walk can be powerful — and when we do it together, it becomes unstoppable.

You can join us and sign up for just £20, pull on your charity T-shirt, and join us in London for a 13-mile walk filled with community, purpose and positivity. Raise whatever you can — every pound helps us continue supporting those who need it most.
